Muğla Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ahmet Aras said that they want to present Muğla, which has been preserved with its culture and history, to the world with Culture and Art festivals on the way they set out with the World City Muğla vision and stated that the 31st Muğla Culture and Art Festival, which lasted for three days, served exactly this purpose.  Mayor Aras; “Muğla is a world brand city with its natural beauties, culture, art and tourism. With its historical structure preserved until today and its world heritage wealth, Muğla is a city that needs to be explained and introduced to local and foreign guests. With the 31st Muğla Culture and Art Festival, we wanted to tell the participants about Muğla’s historical texture, culture, fellow people who contributed to the history of the Republic, cinema, geographically marked products, hiking trails in a single festival. We spent three days full of culture and art with the intense participation of our people. I would like to thank all the stakeholders who contributed to the festival, our participating artists, our fellow citizens and the Mayor of Menteşe, Gonca Köksal, for their cooperation. We will continue to explain and keep alive the culture, which is one of the most important steps of our vision of Muğla as a World City, with such organizations. Muğla will continue to be a center of attraction in culture and arts as it is in tourism.”
