During his visit to Germany, Muğla Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ahmet Aras visited Turkey’s Ambassador to Berlin, Ahmet Başar Şen.

In a post on his social media account regarding the visit, Mayor Aras stated:

“As part of our visits to Germany, we met with our Ambassador in Berlin, Mr. Ahmet Başar Şen. In our meeting, we discussed important steps to develop economic, cultural, and tourism-focused collaborations between Muğla and Germany.

We exchanged fruitful ideas on developing joint projects with German cities to promote Muğla’s unique natural, historical, and cultural riches to a broader audience in Germany, increase its international visibility, and strengthen our friendly relations.

I would like to thank Mr. Ambassador for his warm hospitality and reiterate our determination to continue our efforts to promote Muğla’s values to the world.”
